An unknown Russian complex in Crimea creates strong obstacles: the scale is striking (photo)

Experts suggest that radiation of such capacity can proceed from the radar stations "Voronezh" or "Sky-M". These measures are mainly aimed at increasing the protection of the most important objects of infrastructure of the invaders in the Crimea. On the Crimean coast, in particular in the area of Sevastopol, an unknown complex has been identified, which creates significant obstacles.

This is evidenced by the Sentinel-1 satellite photos of the European Space Agency, published on social networks on November 25. The Bulgarian Military Viewers write in the comments that the scale of this activity is striking - the signals of the interference were also found in the area of Evpatoria, which indicates the considerable capacity of the equipment used. However, the mystery is that the pictures shows the traces of the electronic fight or high -intensity radar system.

"The purpose is to increase the reliability of defense strategies against attacks of unmanned aerial vehicles and sea drones from the territory of Ukraine. It can be assumed that these actions are mainly aimed at increasing the protection of the most important objects of the infrastructure of the peninsula," experts said. Meanwhile, observers propose not to rush to find that the obstacles revealed indicate the presence of a new Russian radar system.

It is likely that it is an existing radar system, but recently included in the Crimean air defense. Such a step, experts consider, is quite logical in view of the fact that military objects in the occupied Crimea are under the sight of Ukrainian means of damage. One of these tools is probably Russian radar complexes-"Voronezh" with its variants "Voronezh-DM", "Voronezh-M" and "Sky-M". They are allegedly capable of interference with this scale.

For example, Voronezh radar is capable of creating powerful electromagnetic obstacles within a radius of more than 150 km. Obstacles are caused by the transfer of high -frequency radio waves that can create electromagnetic fields that interfere with the normal functioning of sensitive equipment in this radius.

More precisely, the powerful radar radiation is able to cover a large area, and within a 150 km radius to create obstacles for various electronic devices, such as radios, TVs and even some communication networks. Obstacles occur when the electromagnetic waves of the radar violate the normal transmission and acceptance of signals by these devices.

In turn, the mobile three-dimensional radar complex "Sky-M" is known for its advanced e-counteraction capabilities, which can distort satellite images and complicate the determination of its exact location. In conclusion, experts noted that a similar incident occurred in September with Satim, which found "abnormal changes in radar signatures" Tu-95 bombers and Tu-160. They were recorded by the Umbra satellite, which was above the Engels-2 military airbase in Russia.

"When studying the display of signals, you can identify some strange features that do not correspond to the usual geometric structure of aircraft. Such a discrepancy can be a sign of new complex masking technologies used to protect valuable machines from possible punches of drones," experts summed up. We will remind, the Russian enterprise "Laboratory of counteraction to industrial espionage" has launched mass production of systems "Triton" to combat Ukrainian UAVs.
