According to law enforcement officers, the invaders attacked Zaporozhye C-300 missiles. Search and rescue work is ongoing at the site of arrival. On the night of October 18, the armed forces of the Russian Federation hit an apartment building in Zaporozhye from the C-300 anti-aircraft missile system. The National Police of the Zaporizhzhya region showed the moment of rocket hit and the first minutes after the attack.

According to police, at night the invaders attacked the city with six C-300 missiles, one of which hit the high-rise building, destroying the overlap of the entrance from the third to fifth floor. The debris damaged the neighboring homes and cars. Law enforcement officers report that search and rescue work is ongoing. The shelling killed two people, three were injured. The fate of three more people is still unknown. They are expected to be rubbed.

Two Russian missiles also hit the territory of industrial sites, another in the private area. It was without casualties. Police and SBU staff documented this military crime of the Russian invaders (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
