Uranus and Gold Niger. Russia and France can start war for resources for Europe

A whole drama with the risk of regional conflict, which will be involved in France and Russia, is unfolding around Niger. Political scientist, Elijah Kus, thinks about the situation in the African country. At the Sunday meeting of Ekovos Member States, it was decided to take the Niger in the blockade and put forward an ultimatum military junta: by the end of the week to restore the constitutional system and return the power of the fallen pro-Western President Mohammed Basum.

Even threatened with military measures, that is, intervention. In response, Niger's military stopped exports to France to Uranus and Gold, two key resources that Paris has pumped out of the country for years through his ORANO conglomerate. They refused (so far) to perform an ultimatum, and the Niger's military junta of neighboring Burkin-Faso, Mali and Guinea spoke in defense of Niger. What began as an internal problem becomes a globally struggle.

Africa is one of Europe's resource bases, where, however, the latter's influence gradually fades together with the collapse of post -colonial informal areas of influence such as Francefrik. This is used by competitors of EU and NATO: Russia, China, Turkey, the Gulf of Arabian monarchies, which have long been involved in the struggle for the continent.

The example of Niger now shows how Russia is trying to take advantage of this to undermine the economic base of the West and obtain new points of entrance to the region, and how France tries to preserve its presence and influence in the former colonies, where it was made by the main goat-heal for all troubles. Now the situation is more and more like a crash test for different coalitions of states.
