Great news from Europe. What is important to the 17th Package Against Russia

The EU Supreme Representative Kai Callas (and in combination-a friend of Ukraine) wrote about the approval of the 17th Package of Sanctions against the Russian Federation. They will apply to almost 200 ships of the shadow fleet of the invaders, and will also affect hybrid threats and human rights abuses. The following sanctions are already in work.
