In Rivne, the dead military came a summons: the Tax Code explained why it happened

To spread: The summons came to the National Guards Maxim Chudinovich, whose death was confirmed in 2023. The wife of the dead soldier is outraged. And it turned out that this was a common case. Valentina, who lives in Rivne, told reporters that her husband had signed a contract with the National Guard back in 2019. In 2023 he moved to defend Ukraine in the Zaporozhye direction. In July, he disappeared, four months later the DNA test confirmed that her husband Maxim Chudinovich was killed.

But in 2025 he received a summons, according to TSN. Ever since the test confirmed that Maxim has died, the woman is trying to survive grief with a three -year -old daughter. Therefore, when she received the news from the mail, she was stunned. "I went to the mail, said they would not be given the summons, because I need to be handed in person. I say that I have a death certificate with myself, and they explain to me that we have no right, because the same man should come," the woman says.

Then she went to the shopping center where she was told that her late man was registered on April 17, 2025. "I do not know how it was taken into account," Valentina says. At the Rivne Center, the staff explained that it happened "automatically".

"There is such a 932 resolution of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, according to which all people aged 25 years and older who are not registered are registered automatically and automatically people are issued by people," says a spokeswoman for the Rivne Regional Criminal Code and Tatiana Cameristova. According to this resolution, summons can be issued manually or generated by the automated system of the Ministry of Defense. This is exactly how Valentina Chudinovich happened.

"We understand the human condition and understand emotions. He has already passed in the system as a dead one, but since we did not generate these summons that come with Ukrposhta. Journalists found out what this happened. In Ternopil region, the sister of the dead senior sergeant of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces Andriy Ivanyuk received the news that he had come a summons with the RTC.

The Tax Code was explained that this happened as a result of a technical failure in the automated system "Oberig", which generates summons on the basis of available databases. "Unfortunately, the technical error did not have a proper verification with the updated lists of fallen defenders," the Tax Code said. Journalists appealed to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, but did not receive answers.

The wife of the deceased Maxim Chudinovich hopes that the system will still improve and will not injure people who have lost their loved ones. We will remind, Focus wrote that in wartime and mobilization in Ukraine, citizens who received the summons are obliged to fulfill the requirements established by law. Otherwise, such persons are threatened with responsibility. The lawyers explained what the consequences are waiting for the person if they do not take the summons.
