According to the speaker of the aerial forces, cargoes can be of different nature, and marine flights made through the Caspian Sea pass through Mahachkala and Astrakhan. Sea flights, probably with weapons from Iran to Russia, have become regular. On Monday, June 26, a representative of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yuri Ignat on the air of the National Telehorphone "One News".

Ignatus answered the questions of TV presenters about the assessment of Iranian drones in Russia, noting that the flights of cargo ships from Iran to the Russian Federation, unfortunately, became regular. "In general, it is possible to track the movement of the boards from Tehran to Moscow. As you can see, traffic is also in the Caspian Sea. Mahachkala, Astrakhan - also from Iran in these ports get cargoes," Ignat said.

He emphasized that the goods could be of different nature, but did not rule out that they were delivered to the Russian Federation and weapons. "They can be of different nature, because the sea, in principle, connects these two countries and it is possible that they also deliver these tools to kill Iranian production. Therefore, cooperation with Tehran is ongoing," the air force spokesman said.

Ignatus has given hope that the international community would pay attention to this cooperation and will take measures to stop the transfer of weapons to Russia. At the end of May, analysts with Lloyd's List Intelligence reported that since September, the number of ships that hide data on their movement has increased significantly in the Caspian Sea. These are mainly ships under Russian and Iranian flags, including many ships suitable for transportation of military goods.
