Children, parents, grandchildren: who is entitled to help in the event of the death of a military

The people's deputies have expanded the list of persons entitled to receive one -time assistance in the event of the death of the military. Among those who received the right to pay are the children of the deceased, including adopted and born after his death. The Verkhovna Rada has adopted as a whole a bill on payment of financial assistance in case of death of the military.

The document gives the military and employees of critical infrastructure to determine the share of recipients of one -time financial assistance by the will and to provide for payment to all family members, including children. The People's Deputy Alexei Goncharenko informed about it. "This is a very important bill on the military. The list of persons entitled to receive one -time assistance is expanding," the politician wrote.

According to Goncharenko, the right to payment have: one -time assistance in the absence of a personal order is appointed and paid equal to equal share to all persons who are entitled to its appointment and receipt, according to the personal statement of the respective person or his legal representative. We will remind, families of Ukrainian military who died during the protection of the Motherland can receive 15 million UAH of financial assistance from the state.

The amount is paid in equal parts to all recipients: first 1/5 of the assigned amount, then monthly for the next 40 months. If one of the family members refuses or has not applied for three years, their share is distributed among others who are entitled to compensation. Focus wrote earlier whether Ukraine would receive additional financial assistance from the United States. So far, Republicans and Democrats cannot yet approve a package of laws - internal political issues remain stumbling.
