The military expert and the head of the security projects of the Center of Globalism "XXI" Pavel Lakichuk explains that the tactical promotions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation around Pokrovsk, Konstantinovka, the Temporal Yar, as well as in the Novopavlovsky direction are not formed in a full strategic offensive operation. According to him, the breakthrough of defense, access to the operational space and fixing on the new borders is only part of the task.

In order to consider the operation strategically successful, you need to comprehensively attract reserves, logistics and rear and invest in a clear time frame. However, Russia did not. "When the defense breaks are delayed, the ammunition is stopped, the personal warehouses are distorted, the offensive potential is lost. In fact, the operation of those resources that have been spent, obviously, the attacker will not reach their goals," Lakichuk stressed.
