Armed Forces of Artillery and mortars fired at the Kherson Center: there are victims (photos)

The enemy fired at the regional center twice - at night and in the morning. As a result of the attack, two people were injured, and damage to residential buildings, offices and vehicles were also recorded. On the night of August 2, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation fired at the central part of Kherson from artillery and mortars, resulting in the victims. This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Alexander Proudin on Telegram.

"At about 03:20, the invaders hit the residential quarter. The enemy again aimed at the homes of the locals. There were fires in the places of hits, which were promptly eliminated by rescuers," said Alexander Proudin. He noted that as a result of the attack, two people were injured, in particular, a 56-year-old woman was hospitalized in an average severity, while a 59-year-old man was assisted on the spot. Also in the morning, the enemy fired at the center of Kherson again.

The attack took place on a banking room and a habitat of a 78-year-old woman. The building was damaged, the woman was not injured. The Office of the Prosecutor General stated that through hostile shelling, a pre -trial investigation was launched on violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). "Previously, the occupiers attacked the city with artillery and mortars. Two locals were damaged by the residential wounds.

The air defense forces destroyed all air targets, but the fall of debris in three parts of the capital was recorded. The Odesa region also underwent a night attack. During hostile shelling, port and industrial infrastructure, as well as an elevator, were damaged. Fires also occurred due to night attack.
