The Russian Federation attacked Ukraine with rockets and Shahd: it exploded near Sumy and Odessa
On the eve of September 7, air strikes threatened Sumy and Odessa: the air forces reported 33 ShahED. Focus gathered information about the current situation from the official channels of the Air Force, military administrations and monitoring channels. The first air attack reports were posted on the network around 22:00 on September 7. The Air Force Telegram channel indicated that Dron-Kamikadze started from two points: the Primorsky-Akhtra in the Kuban and the Chuada landfill in Crimea.
It was indicated that several groups of percussion drones began to move from each start. During the night, several waves of drones were heading over the territory of Ukraine in the direction of the western part of the Odessa region. At first there was information about the threat to Odessa (about the first hour of the night), Kherson (at 1:28), then for Odessa (at 2:13). The command warned that the enemy again threatens Ukrainian ports on the Danube.
About the first o'clock in the morning, explosions in the sky were heard in Odessa. The Odesa Military Administration confirmed that the air defense has been working. There is no information about the consequences of a night attack. Around 5:00 on September 8, the missile threat was announced in the Sumy region. Within half an hour, the locals heard the explosions: the Sumy Regional State Administration indicated that the air defense worked above the region.
There is currently no official information about the effects of air strike. It should be noted that during the first days of September of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation almost every night launches in Ukraine drones-Kamikadze Shahd and missiles of different types.
On the official Facebook page of the air command it was stated that on September 7 there were 33 drones (25 shot), on September 6-25 drones (15 shot), seven winged missiles X-101/X-555/X-55, one ballistic missile "Iskander- M "(all missiles destroyed), September 4 - 32 drones (23 destroyed), September 3 - 25 drones (22 destroyed), September 1 - one winged rocket" Caliber "(destroyed).
During the air attack on September 4, the wreckage of Russian drone fell in Romania, - the Ukrainian command reported. The first day of the Romanian authorities denied the incident, contrary to videos published on the network. However, later the Minister confirmed the threat and ordered the patrol of the Danube territory. Meanwhile, the goals of the Russians are ports on the Danube in Rena and Izmail - destroy the port infrastructure of Ukraine, agricultural enterprises and warehouses.
