The head of the British Defense Department noted that Russian ships have been walking through the Black Sea since 1783, but because of the war in Ukraine, the Fleet of the Russian Federation was caused great damage. "The illegal occupation of Putin of Ukraine, which is ongoing, causes great damage to the Black Sea Fleet of Russia, which is not functionally operating at the moment," Shepps wrote.

According to the minister, even in the ports, Russian ships are not safe and sink due to rocket attacks.
