The court arrested the main military committee of Rivne region, who beat the military: what threatens him

If the guilt of the Lutsyuk military committee is proved, he can go to prison for 12 years, reports in the DBR. The head of the Rivne Regional Territorial Center for Social Support and Acquisition of Sergiy Lutsyuk, suspected of beating the military, was arrested by court decision (placed in a detention center). This was reported on Friday, July 28, in the press service of the State Bureau of Investigation (DBR).

Thus, the Rivne City Court identified a preventive measure for Sergiy Lutsyuk in the form of detention without the possibility of bail. However, the term of arrest is not specified. On July 27, the DBR reported that they exposed the head of the regional shopping center and SP of Rivne region, Serhiy Lutsyuk, who beat the battle of a subordinate serviceman. In doing so, the investigation found that the action was shot on the phone by the head of the district shopping center.

According to the legislation of Ukraine, the main military may be found guilty of exceeding its military powers and power committed in the conditions of martial law (Part 5 of Article 426-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). For such a crime, he was threatened with punishment up to 12 years in prison, noted in the DBR. However, the final decision will make the court on the basis of the evidence provided and the investigation.
