For example, despite the fact that handymen and seamstresses are now searched more often, they were offered less salary in July than at the beginning of the year. At the same time, there are experts who can now earn more than before the war.

Yes, salaries from sales managers and call centers have increased significantly. In total, the dozens of the most relevant vacancies in July on OLX looked like this: in which vacancies the largest cities of Ukraine operates a considerable number of businesses, so finding a job, as before the war, is now the simplest in metropolitan areas. The largest number of ads on OLX specialists in the Kyiv region is 17. 8 thousand.

Despite the fact that there are many displaced persons who are looking for work, enterprises have moved to the Western region. Therefore, employers need almost 2,2 thousand workers in the transport, construction fields and trade. It is worth noting that the number of work in the field of hotel and restaurant business has increased in the Lviv region. This indicates a gradual recovery of the sphere.

How to find a job if your profession has lost the relevance of the labor market is constantly undergoing transformation. However, in war, changes can occur too rapidly.
