According to the General Staff, the Ukrainian military is holding the assault of the invaders in Bakhmut. It is also known that during the day the Armed Forces fighters reflected 48 Russian attacks in four directions. On Wednesday, March 29, in the evening summary of the General Staff of Ukraine there was information that Russian "invaders have partial success" during the storming of Bakhmut, but the Ukrainian military continues to keep the city and reflect the attacks of the enemy.

This was reported on the official page of the department on Facebook. According to the General Staff, the Russian military concentrated efforts during the offensive actions in Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiiv and Mariinsky. Currently, the settlements of Bigorivka, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Marinka remain in the center of hostilities. It was stated that the Ukrainian defense units were able to repel 48 enemy attacks as of 18:00 on March 29.

The General Staff informs that the aviation forces of Ukraine have made 5 beats in the areas of concentration of personnel and military equipment of the occupiers in the last day, resulting in the enemy Su-24M bombard. The forces of Ukrainian rocket launchers and artillerymen managed to destroy two areas of concentration of enemy life and equipment, as well as a composition with ammunition and two warehouses with fuel and lubricants.
