"Potential is stored": the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation is still dangerous for Ukraine - the Navy (video)

According to the speaker of the Navy Dmitry Pletenchuk, at the beginning of the war there were 80 ships. Now one third of them are destroyed, and about ten more - in repair. The threat remains. Russian invaders actively behave both on the battlefield and at sea. The enemy ships continue to threaten Ukraine. The spokesman of the Navy of the Armed Forces Dmitry Pletenchuk spoke about it in more detail.

According to him, despite the significant losses of the enemy in the Black Sea, the Grouping of the Black Sea Fleet remains great enough and is dangerous to the Ukrainian side. "The average number of capable ships was up to 80 units before the start of a full -scale invasion. A third of them can be considered already destroyed, more than 10 units are in repair.

At the same time, the Navy spokesman continues, the Russian Armed Forces are mostly in the eastern Black Sea, near the base in Novorossiysk. Accordingly, the enemy fleet has a serious potential, although limited in its actions. It is mainly about the carriers of winged missiles that are launched in the peaceful cities of Ukraine. The only problem that the Russians face is the actual cut from the naval base in the temporarily occupied Sevastopol. It is there that the missiles are shipped.

Also, do not forget, says Dmitry Pletenchuk that the Black Sea Fleet includes aviation, which is still in space above the Black Sea and threatens Ukraine. "They are constantly in combat readiness for an average of 10 winged missiles, which are mainly in the eastern part, and one of the ships is in Sevastopol, but it is used as a cover of cover from air attacks on Sevastopol Bay,"-said a spokesman for naval strength.

It is too early to say that the danger has passed, but this type of missile has not been used lately. The only confirmed fact of application is the start of 4 missiles from 8 from Admiral Essen. It happened after the destruction of the large landing ship "Caesar Kunikov". "It has become such an exceptional moment for them, and now they are trying to keep them.

It could be assumed that it is an accumulation of ammunition, but this process has already been delayed for several months," - summed up Dmitry Pletenchuk. We will remind, on February 14 in the Black Sea Ukrainian drones shot down the large Russian landing ship "Caesar Kunikov". According to social networks, on February 14, 1943, the Soviet officer Hero of the USSR Caesar Kunikov died.
