Luxembourg Prime Minister Ksavier Bettel spoke about the actions of his Hungarian colleague Viktor Orban and his ties with Russian President Vladimir Putin. He stated this during a summit of EU leaders, which takes place in Brussels on October 27.

According to him, the interaction of two politicians and their meetings have a rather strange appearance and is a complete disrepair with Ukrainian citizens, who are shedding blood on the battlefield daily.
