People's deputy Marian Bezugla told about the possible causes of losses in the Pokrovsky direction on August 28 on the Facebook page. Bezugla explained that a few days ago she visited the fortifications of the Armed Forces in Selidovo - a city in Donbass, in which about 20,000 people lived before the invasion. What she saw, as well as previous events, gave her the opportunity to explain why "quickly" was lost Novogrodivka and why the enemy was heading to Pokrovsk.

According to the People's Deputy, the main reason is the miscalculations of the military command, which did not establish the defense of this shade. "The city of Novogrodivka south of Pokrovsk was seized in a few days. The trenches were empty before Novogrodivka," she wrote.
