The protesters kept crying with slogans in their hands: "Putin, Lukashenko - Persons Non Grate", "Russia - away from Armenia!", "Russia - the enemy!" and other. The ODCB press service reported that important issues should be discussed as improving the crisis response system and joint measures to assist Armenia.

It is expected that they will accept the declaration and sign a number of documents, including the one that provides for the equipment of peacekeeping forces with modern weapons and military equipment.
