According to American analysts, Russian invaders can take advantage of the moment and press on defense forces by offensive actions and shelling. Now much depends on Washington's speed. If assistance from the United States of America arrives quickly enough, then Ukrainian defenders will be able to suspend Russian invaders. This is stated in the report of the American Institute of War Study (ISW).

According to analysts, American allies may send the necessary forces of weapons defense by the end of the week, if the Senate approves the bill on April 23, and on the 24th, President Joe Biden will sign it. This opinion was voiced by the chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee Mark Warner. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky also noted that rapid decisions by Washington will allow Kiev to stabilize the front line and take the initiative.

ISW is convinced that the Armed Forces may face some failures in the coming weeks while waiting for the US. At the same time, the Russian offensive is likely to be suspended if US supplies are fast. The fighters of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, continue analysts in intelligence, can activate their actions at the front in the near future. Attacks and UAVs can also be exacerbated.
