Russian invaders in the Luhansk region began to pay for the builders not money, but looted by the locals.

On July 11, the head of the regional military administration Artem Lisogor wrote in his Telegram-channel. According to him, such cases were recorded in Severodonetsk, from where "gastrolers" have left for a long time, which have managed to get their benefits. The locals began to be recruited in their places, but they also refused to work when they found out that there was no money. "But the windows and radiators remained, so the vacancies began to be closed by men from the surrounding villages.

They were immediately warned that there would be no money, so the remuneration should be earned on their own - what he saw," - the message reads. It is noteworthy that one of the houses was to start repairs on July 10, which the local residents were warned in advance, but as a result of the war, part of the house is empty and many do not live at the address.

The employees who were still able to find, decided to start construction work two days earlier and at 6am began to enter the apartments of citizens. They were located for the time of repair in the empty apartments they liked. In addition, the invaders forced entrepreneurs of the Luhansk region to register their business under Russian legislation by July 1, but not everyone went to such a step, for which they now get threats.
