They believe that Russia and North Korea are preparing to deepen cooperation, and therefore the DPRK can increase the supply of resources for Russia, in particular military.

Actions that may indicate North Korea's assistance for Russia are already recorded: it is a strange vessel activity in the port of Rason, located near the border between Russia and China. "The satellite images show a line of containers about 100 meters on a pier in the port of Rason next to a mowed vessel," - said analysts according to Planet Labs PBC. Analysts believe that the ship has unloaded containers and filling them with new resources.

"The ship arrived to the inside of the flight port on February 20 and moved to the outside on February 21, indicating that the ship unloaded containers on the inside of the pier and loaded new containers before departure,"-said ISW experts. Similar actions took place in this port before, in November 2023, when analysts reported that North Korea could use this location to transport ammunition to Russian Vladivostok.
