In October, four minors were sent home. According to the source in July, the return on return continued at least April 2023. Qatar agreed to be a mediator with Russia to return children to their closest families during a visit to Ukraine in July 2023, Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed Bin Abdulrahmanan Al-Tani.
