On the morning of January 2, an enemy rocket hit one of the city's medical establishments where the injured and wounded Ukrainian defenders were rehabilitated. The Command of the Medical Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook reported details. The Russian rocket did not explode. The fighting part had its remnant, which stuck in the floor of the first floor.

The sappers arrived at the scene and seized the combat part of the rocket. The coordinated work of experts gave its results, because from the territory of the institution removed all other large fragments of the rocket. The roof of the building that was damaged by the rocket is now closed by a special tent. Severely injured patients were evacuated to another medical institution. The rest of the patients were transferred to safe places in the hospital and provided with care.

As a result of shelling, no one was injured and injured. The medical facility operates in full -time mode. Other military medical institutions and institutions, as well as personnel of the medical forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, were ready to help colleagues.
