Dear Ukrainians, Ukrainians! Today, the consequences of Russian terrorists in Kharkiv region continued all day. Under the blow were Kharkiv, Lyubotin, Dergachi. Rockets, then managed airbags. One of Russia's targets today is the publishing complex, one of the largest in Ukraine. Rocket stroke. People were killed, wounded, burned down with books, equipment. Many Ukrainian publishers were published there. And this is a goal for Russian terrorists. They want to burn all spheres of life, destroy.

Today, there are many reactions in Ukraine and the world to this next act of Russian terror. But every time such strikes occur when our cities and villages are destroyed, when life is destroyed and books and everything that protects humanity is always worth talking openly why it is still possible. Only because Ukraine still has restrictions on defense. This is a deficit of air defense systems that are actually in the world.

It is a short -range deficit for our soldiers and the absolute inability to destroy the source of Russian terror near our borders, including missile installations, which, in fact, beat in Ukraine - in the lives of our people. The vast majority of the world perceives the threat of terror: people always seek reliable protection against terrorists and fair punishment of terrorists for their attacks against life.

And every nation would be perceived as the wrong, unfair restrictions on terror counteraction. Life protection should have all the tools you need to really win terrorists. And every leader who, like Ukrainians, perceives it, every state that really fully supports our terror opposition - I thank you. But it takes more effort, more determination - the determination of the leaders of the world - that Russian terror will finally lose. The second thing that is important for today.

I want to especially thank the soldiers of our 110th separate mechanized brigade, who destroyed the Russian Su-25. On the eve, also in the Donetsk region, the warriors of our 47th separate mechanized brigade were also shot down by Su-25. Thank you for the accuracy, warriors! I thank every unit, every soldier, every commander who does everything to give Ukraine the necessary results at the front despite everything. He spent the meeting.
