" It is also known that together with the outbreak of the war in the Ministry of Education, they created a teenage center (FC RPSP). During the "integration" of children from Ukraine, he organizes so-called "patriotic seminars and military-sports games". Moreover, it is emphasized that the new structure was started "for Ukrainian children".

Now the work of branches of the Center is happening in Mariupol and Donetsk, but it is known about plans to open several more branches in temporarily captured territories. According to officials, the state pays special attention to these children because of fear of them. The Center for Study and Network Monitoring of the Youth Environment (AnOO CISM) helps to conduct digital tracking for children, two interlocutors of "jellyfish", which are representatives of the ministry. Using neural networks, it develops a risk profile separately for each child: extremism, terrorism and suicide.
