The publication states that the rebellion of Yevgeny Prigogine has deprived Russia of some of the most experienced fighters. In this regard, the Russian Federation has a need for new forces. Officials reported that the departments of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation run the risk of overstating against the background of Ukraine's counter -offensive actions in the Bakhmut direction.

According to them, the Russian Federation has crossed a large number of troops to Bakhmut after leaving the "Wagner". "Putin's determination to avoid complete military mobilization means that in the next weeks Russia will probably send even more Chechens and convicts to the forefront," European officials say. The authors of the article also point out that earlier "Kadyrivtsi" did not show themselves as effective fighters in Ukraine.
