"All will be on military registration": People's Deputy told how mobilization (video) will change in Ukraine

Currently, police, representatives of other components of the security and defense sector that are not part of the Armed Forces, are on special internal accounting. Therefore, the country does not understand what it has a mobilization potential, said the People's Deputy Fedir Venislavsky. The new mobilization bill will improve the process of taking into account.

This was reported by a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Fedor Venislavsky on Channel 24. He noted that the purpose of the bill is that all militaryly Ukrainians aged 18 to 60 have been on military registration. While law enforcement officers and representatives of other components of the security and defense sector that are not part of the Armed Forces are on special internal accounting.

As a result, the country does not always understand what it has a mobilization potential, whom it can count on. The new mobilization bill will allow you to move away from the old concept when it comes to citizens who are removed from accounting - convicts, police, rescuers and more. "Now everyone will be on military registration. And they will, respectively, either be entitled to defer from the call, or to booking," Fedor Venislavsky said.

He added that this is a conceptual thing for the country to understand who can count on a full -scale war. We will remind, the People's Deputy Fedor Venislavsky stated that in Ukraine they do not plan to make a conscript age lower than 25 years. According to him, such discussions are not discussed at any of the levels. Earlier, the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Freedom of Speech Yaroslav Yurchyshyn said that there was no booking from the conscription of journalists.
