Spread: Intense confrontation continues in two directions in the Zaporizhzhia region, and the Russian Armed Forces are using all available weapons. The Southern Defense Forces reported that fierce battles are taking place for several settlements. "In Zaporizhzhia, in particular, in Oleksandrivsk and Gulyaipilsk directions, intense fighting has been going on for several days in a row," the Communications Center of the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine reported on November 11.

The Russian occupiers are using all types of weapons they have to dislodge the Armed Forces from their positions. Over the past few days, up to 100 clashes have been recorded.

"As a result of the intensification of enemy assaults, numerous attempts at infiltration, increased massive fire impact on our positions (more than 400 artillery barrages with the use of about 2,000 rounds of ammunition every day) and the actual destruction of all shelters and fortifications, in order to preserve the lives of personnel, the Defense Forces had to withdraw from their positions near the settlements of Novouspenivske, Nowe, Okhotnyche, Uspenivka, Novomykolaivka," said the press service.

It is noted that the Russian Federation is trying to establish entrenchment groups in these settlements. The defenders resist the enemy's attempts with all their might. Also, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation seek to cover Gulyaipole from the east and cut off the logistical routes leading from Pokrovsky. "The fighting continues. Assault and other units are fiercely fighting for every centimeter of our land," added the Southern Defense Forces.

According to him, if the current dynamics are maintained, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will be able to advance by kilometers, and later tens of kilometers every day. DeepState analysts reported that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation managed to occupy Katerynivka in the Kostyantynivka direction and Novomykolaivka in the Gulyaipil direction.
