Armed Forces Warriors Complete the Poseidon H10 and H6 UAV training: which Cypriot Birds are capable of
According to Pritula, volunteers handed over to the Ukrainian military UAV production of the Cypriot company Swarmly Ltd for the total amount of 703 940 euros. They will allow the soldiers to carry out exploration, as well as to give artillery and adjust the fire of artillery batteries. 26 of the Armed Forces Brigade has learned to use Poseidon H10, which are considered to be UAV of medium range.
The design involves the main motor with a march screw and 4 more smaller power plants for vertical displacement, which significantly increases the mobility of the machine, as it does not require a runway. Trained operators can prepare the Poseidon H10 for starting in just 10 minutes, in addition, it can be transported by a pickup thanks to compact size. The model is equipped with high quality cameras with a 40-fold zoom for long distance exploration.
The low acoustic and thermal signature makes the Poseidon H10 virtually imperceptible to Russian radars and thermal imagers. Poseidon H6 is mastered by fighters of the 120th separate reconnaissance battalion of the Armed Forces. It is an older and larger model from Swarmly, which boasts high load capacity and long flight time. It is equipped with a fixed wing with a two-stroke gasoline-electric engine with a push screw and four more engines for vertical takeoff.
As in H10, this design serves not only for faster lifting into the air, but also for safe landing in the case of emergency landing on ground or water. In early August, they wrote that the Armed Forces received a drone H10 POSEIDON II from the Foundation of People's Deputy Petro Poroshenko and the public organization "Case of Communities". Recently, the Sergey Pritula Foundation handed over 100 Autel Evo II 640T Dual Rugged Bundle V2.
