This was reported by the State Emergency Service. 25 people were rescued, 11 of them were tied from the rubble. Rescue work is ongoing. Up to 5 people can be rubbed under the rubble.

"As a result of the attack, the six -storey building of the training building was partially destroyed, 3 apartment buildings, 5 private homes and office space were damaged," the SES said.

According to her, both mobilized and those who studied and undergo advanced training were at the Institute of Communication. There was no chic at the school.
