According to British analysts, the tributaries of personnel are the main factor that allows the Russian Federation to keep the captured territories and go on the offensive. Representatives of British military intelligence estimate the loss of personnel of Russian servicemen - dead and seriously wounded - about 190,000. Taking into account the number of wounded who could recover, return to the battlefield, the losses of the Russians reach 290 thousand people.

This was reported in the construction of the Ministry of Defense of the United Kingdom. Since February 2022, Russia has significantly increased the recruitment of military personnel through financial incentives and through the so -called "partial mobilization" announced last fall. Due to the Russian troops, their losses increased by 90%. That is, now the occupation group of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation loses almost twice as much as before.

The influx of personnel in the British intelligence was called the main factor that allows the Russian Federation to keep captured territories and conduct offensive operations. According to the British Defense Ministry, the occupation troops suffered losses of about 150-190 thousand-dead and seriously wounded. However, 240-290 thousand can return to the battlefield, but without taking into account the "Wagner" and Russian convicts who fought in Bakhmut.
