It is not true that the grain agreement is the result of the exchange of transit of Ukrainian grain for "Kaliningrad Transit". This is not a good way to compare things. The effect on the Ukrainian economy from blocking ports by several magnitude is higher than the effect on the Russian economy from restrictions on the transit of goods to Kaliningrad through Lithuania.
