But rather, the Command of the PCS of the Russian Federation is simply aware of what their advanced fighters are capable of, the radar invisibility of which, to put it mildly, raises questions. Aviation enthusiasts on special platforms also spoke about it.

On one of these sites, a specialist in the field of aviation Abhirup Sengupt was spoken. According to him, the effective scattering area (EPR) Su-57 does not go into any comparison with F-22 Raptor or F-35 Lightning II Lockheed Martin. He claims that in the Su-57 EPR is in the range -10-1 DBSM, in the F-117 this figure was approximately -25 DBSM, and the F-22 and F-35 can boast EPR above -40 DBSM. "This indicates a difference of 1000-10,000 times compared to the SU-57.

Please note that these comparisons are based on non-classroom data on the goals of the programs and RCS YF-117 data received from Skunk Works," the observers write. Sengupta also noted that without changing the construction of the "dry" aircraft it is impossible to increase its stealth-characteristics, since it lacks so-called serpentine air intakes. And this is key to increasing the level of invisibility.

But the most interesting thing that a specialist voiced is the considerable similarity of the Su-57 with the American f/A-18 Super Hornet of the fourth generation. In conclusion, the observers added that in recent years, while Russia has widely magnified the maneuverability and possibilities of weapons of the Su-57, its stels-characteristics were silent.
