The head of the Khmelnytsky Regional Military Administration Sergey Tyurin stated that no civilian and critical infrastructure was recorded. "As of this hour, there are no appeals to the injured, no fires. There were no fires. Thank you to our Armed Forces," the head of Ova added. At the same time, the Air Force of the Armed Forces reported that the hit of one "dagger" was recorded near the Airrodrome of Starokostiantyniv.

On the official page of events in the Starokostiantyniv community, they reported "the threat of ammunition detonation" and called on the locals to stay near shelves. The comments state that "a lot of firefighters in one direction go all the time. " It is worth noting that in the Starokostiantyniv City Radio Vocational, they informed that on October 7 from 10:00 to 11:00, work will be carried out on the disposal of unsuitable ammunition. The locals were warned of explosions and asked not to worry.
