In addition, CRCC is under the control of the China Railway Construction Group group, which is fully subordinated to the Committee on Control and Management of State Property of the People's Republic of China (SASAC). In 2017, the Russian unit of the company of Syriasis Rus LLC signed a contract for the construction of three stations of the Great Ring Line of the Moscow Metro: "Aminyevsky Highway", "Michurinsky Prospect" and "Vernadsky Prospect". In December 2021, their opening took place.
The NAPC was told that in the same year, Syriasis Rus began construction of a cross-border cable car over the Amur River between the cities of Blagoveshchensk (RF) and Heikhe (China) with a passenger terminal. The China Railway Construction Corporation International has signed a contract for the construction of the fifth section of the Moscow -Kazan National Highway, 107 km long, which is an important part of a more global transport route "Europe - Western China".
China is engaged in the construction of the fifth stage of the path, which is completely located in the Nizhny Novgorod region of the Russian Federation. The plot allocated by the Chinese company initially cost 58. 9 billion rubles, but its cost increased to 70-80 billion rubles. (over $ 900 million). According to the agency, construction should be completed in December 2023 (according to other data - in June 2024).
At the same time, the advertising of this route occurs with the direct participation of Russian President Vladimir Putin. He opened a new section of the Moscow - Kazan highway from Moscow to Arzamas in the Nizhny Novgorod region in September 2023.
The NAPC states that according to the international media, at the end of October 2023, the leadership of Russia and China secretly discussed plans for the construction of an underwater tunnel, which should connect Russia with temporarily occupied Crimea. The report also stated that the CRCC construction contractor under the Kerch Strait will be the CRCC.
The agency adds that the company in the person of Syriasis Rus LLC continues to be an active participant in import and export operations, in particular, from February 24, 31 July 2023, goods worth more than $ 22 million were imported. Among the imported goods: materials, spare parts, tools for building structures and construction itself (frames, columns, beams, racks, etc. ) with PRC.
"CRCC provides the technological capabilities of the aggressor, continues to actively support the economy of Russia and, accordingly, to sponsor aggression against Ukraine. Attempts to condemn Russia's war against Ukraine by the company's leadership," the NAPC stressed.
