According to the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada on Human Rights, the Kremlin makes information propaganda campaigns aimed at the most vulnerable category of citizens - relatives of prisoners of war and missing persons of defenders and defenders of Ukraine. The Russians continue to refuse to exchange prisoners of war. At the same time, the invaders also blame Ukraine for obstruction of the process. This was reported by the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets.

He appealed to close prisoners of war with a call not to trust the propaganda of the Russian Federation. The official explained that the Russians also create information propaganda campaigns. "First of all, they are aimed at the most vulnerable category of citizens - relatives of prisoners of war and missing persons of defenders and defenders of Ukraine," Lubinets emphasized.

According to the Ombudsman, relatives are constantly suggesting that they should put pressure on Ukraine in the context of the exchange of prisoners. Lubinets also stressed that the invaders do it intentionally, in order to ignite conflicts in Ukrainian society. "I urge close defenders to be careful and analyze everything with a cold head. Especially on social networks. I understand that sometimes it is difficult," Lubinets added.
