Changes in the mobilization process: Which of the men is booked from the army in May

Reservations are not subject to persons who are included in military accounting and those who have a deferral. According to lawyer Anton Revenka, it must meet several criteria to determine the enterprise. Some military citizens may receive reservations from mobilization. The list of such persons is determined by the Cabinet. This was announced by lawyer, member of the Association of Lawyers of Ukraine Anton Revenko in a comment "ICTV facts".

The list of men who are entitled to booking: according to a lawyer, an enterprise can be determined critically if it meets two or more criteria, namely: Anton Revenko stressed that the booking procedure is the same for all enterprises. In particular, staff staff should make a letter with a list of military personnel to be reservated. Then it must be sent to the profile state.

The documents are agreed with the General Staff of the Armed Forces and sent to the Ministry of Economy, which approves the booking order. The company must also make an excerpt from the order and send to the CCC and JV for special military accounting. "According to the changes that are now, one fact is not enough booking to date. It is necessary that all booked workers are also in special account," the lawyer said.
