He also noted that Russia, undermining one of the most important international treaties in the field of nuclear weapons control, makes another "cheeky challenge" of the world. At the same time, the aggressor country confirms "its criminal nature", as well as further aggressive intentions for the destruction of security. According to Nikolenko, Moscow's rhetoric about the possibility of nuclear weapons is unacceptable.
