According to rescuers, after the attack of the Russian Federation there was a gas pipe, 4 parked cars, balconies on the 3rd and 4th floors and an apartment on the 2nd floor of a 5-storey building on a total area of ​​50 square meters . In addition, as added to the SES, 130 people had to evacuate, a mobile heating point was opened on the spot. The facade of the house on an area of ​​100 square meters is partially destroyed. "The explosive wave was damaged by 8 and 4 cars were destroyed.

3 people were injured in the place," the message said. According to the local publication "Dumskaya", there is no surviving apartment in the injured house. There are two funnels next to the house. Journalists add that the fall of the debris damaged the heat supply route. Utilities and law enforcement officers work at the scene of the incident.
