The Russian Federation is ready for compromise on war in Ukraine: Lavrov voiced the conditions

To spread: Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated that the Kremlin is ready to compromise in peace negotiations, if the "legitimate interests" of the Russians in the sphere of security and interests of "Russian people in Ukraine" are ensured. Moscow to end the war in Ukraine Lavrov voiced on September 18, reports the Russian propaganda information agency "Interfax".

At the same time, he stated that the Russian Federation would require the results of "referendums" in temporarily occupied territories. "After all, we understand - and President Putin has repeatedly said - that in the end, stable arrangements are a compromise.

And we are ready to look for them, provided that our legitimate interests in the sphere of security, the legitimate interests of Russian people in Ukraine in Ukraine will be ensured, as well as the legitimate interests of other members of the ROF. He added that "in any arrangement it will be necessary to take into account the results of referenda", conducted by Russian invaders on captured Ukrainian lands.

He also stated that Moscow and Washington are seeking to continue the dialogue established between the Presidents of the Russian Federation and the USA, and the Russian and US sides will have additional contacts against Ukraine. At the same time, Lavrov claims that US President Donald Trump allegedly wants to remove a war in Ukraine from the world agenda to normalize US-Russian relations and restore economic, technological and other cooperation.

We will remind, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov stated that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will attack the EU peacekeepers in Ukraine, and accused Ukraine of alleged "sabotage" of the peaceful efforts of the United States. On September 3, Lavrov told what the Russian Federation demands for the establishment of peace.
