In addition, we have a huge problem with rockets, because with a distance of the lesion up to 300 km, they do not have a powerful aviation with rockets with a range of 150 km and we are just waiting for the delivery of such ammunition.
"Today, the Armed Forces is very limited in the combat capabilities of the enemy's damage to the entire depth of the front," - emphasizes the specialist. Without a long -range weapon, it will be difficult to push the occupiers' artillery from our bridgehead in Krynki, which to establish a full pontoon crossing there, says a military expert. Without crossing it is impossible to deliver heavy equipment to our fighters to expand the bridgehead.
"Without the full protection of the crossing, we will repeat the history of the invaders, who have taken care of their pontoons under the Liman six times," the specialist says. "So the depth of protection should be at least 20 km and then the question of the start of the departure of heavy equipment and artillery can already be raised. " Oleg Zhdanov notes that the invaders began to save appliances and use it in most cases only to bring infantry for "meat assaults".
In turn, the Armed Forces are forced to make more fortifications and lines of defense so that other units can rely on them. This creates additional risks to engineering troops, because both the artillery and aviation of the invaders are trying to destroy it all. "Unfortunately, the enemy has forced us to conduct opposition defense," the expert notes. " Earlier, focus said that ammunition would be enough for spring, but new deliveries were needed.
