This was reported by the press service of the company about 9,000 Metinvest employees are mobilized - this is one of the highest indicators among Ukrainian companies. Some of the veterans have already returned from the front and got to work in the company.
In order to support defenders on the path of adaptation to civilian life, Metinvest introduces a comprehensive ecosystem of veterans reintegration: they are offered physical and psychological rehabilitation at the expense of the company, and teams teach interaction with demobilized colleagues. Another priority of Metinvest in war is the well -being of employees, members of their families and residents of cities.
Within the framework of the humanitarian initiative, we "Save Life" based on the beginning of a full -scale invasion, 516,000 civilians received assistance. Thanks to donors and partners, 4,200 tons of products, personal care products and essentials were delivered to Ukraine, and hospitals are provided with medicines and equipment for UAH 9. 5 million. The primary priority of Metinvest is the assistance of the Defense Forces of Ukraine: more than UAH 4. 4 billion is directed.
All support is provided within the framework of the Military Initiative "Rinat Akhmetov's steel front". Products are supplied to the military for free as a contribution to the protection of Ukrainian cities. Metinvest is one of the largest donors of the army among private companies: it has established systematic supply to the front of equipment and equipment.
Ukrainian soldiers have already received 5 553 reconnaissance drones, 2 003 thermal imagers, 551 cars, including "fast", and for their filling - 1. 5 million liters of fuel. The company handed over 31,500 aid kits and turnstiles, and supports the development of tactical medicine in Ukraine in cooperation with the Pulse Charitable Foundation.
One of the most important developments of the company is special mobile shelters - steel "hiding places", which are installed underground: 651 shelters have already been sent to the front. In addition, Metinvest creates command points on the basis of Kryivtsi, and in the fall of this year - built the first underground hospital in Ukraine. It is equipped with modern medical equipment and can take more than 100 patients daily. The cost of the project is more than 20 million UAH.
The company also made and handed over the defense forces of 246 screens to protect the armored vehicles from FPV-oules, 61 "Lancet catches", 63 shields for front-line transport, 23 are trapped. Metinvest steel is also used for the manufacture of plates for bulletproof vests, anti-tank hedgehogs, minibastions and mobile car-ciss cars serving the army.
