The SBU has installed the occupiers who ordered the capture of the Kakhovsk hydroelectric power station and blow up the North Crimean Channel

The Security Service of Ukraine has established the chronology and details of the capture of the troops of the Russian Federation of Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant and the blasting of the North Crimean Canal. This was reported on Wednesday, August 17, in the press service of the department. In addition, law enforcement officers installed persons of the Russian military who gave the corresponding criminal orders.

Video Day was the malefactors Deputy Commander of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation for Material and Technical Support Major General Mikhail Yasnikov and Commander of the 1st Separate Engineering Brigade Colonel Dmitry Markov. It was they who directly commanded the capture of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station and the blast of the channel structures in the Kherson region to allow the Dnieper water to the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea.

Their actions adversely affected the water supply of the region, the functioning of the irrigation system of the Kherson region, caused significant material damage for Ukraine. In the course of investigative operations, it was established that on February 24, Russian troops with the use of heavy weapons: both military criminals were informed of suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) and Part 2 of Art.
