They have still focused on two areas of work: destruction of fuel production opportunities and knocking out air defense facilities in the Crimea and in the Russian regions. The experience of Belgorod, in which the first "Blackut" occurred after a blow to the substation, speaks of opening another direction. Romanenko emphasized that the Russian Federation uses blows on energy for psychological pressure on Ukrainians: now the Russians will feel it.

As for nuclear threats, the expert reminded that Ukraine had struck for important purposes under Moscow, but there was no "nuclei". In his opinion, if you carefully choose goals, there is no danger.
"Therefore, Putin formulated that if strokes on Moscow would be applied, the answer will, including the use of nuclear weapons, should be taken into account. In my opinion, somewhere 95% of bluff, but there remains 5%, and knowing who Putin is, it should also be taken into account," - summed up.
