The Russian Federation changed the tactics of Ukraine's missile shelling for greater harm - Newsweek

According to Yuri Ignati Air Force representative, in some cases, the Ukrainian Air Forces had to deal with winged missiles at an altitude of 50 meters above the ground. The Russian missile attack on Okhmatdit Hospital in Kiev was part of the new tactics of Russian troops for the task of maximum harm to Ukrainian infrastructure. Newsweek writes about it.

The authors of the publication refer to data from the report of the Institute of War Study and indicate the head of one humanitarian group, who stated that "these attacks should stop immediately. " According to official data, at least 22 people were killed in Kiev, 82 were injured, and the total number of dead reached 42. Eyewitnesses shot the video a moment before getting into the hospital of a rocket flying along the descending trajectory.

The SBU reported that the preliminary investigation testified to the use of the X-101 missile. The representative of the Air Forces of Ukraine Yuriy Ignat noted that Russian winged missiles fired at Ukrainian cities, including Kiev, were flying at extremely small altitudes. Ignat said that in some cases, the Ukrainian Air Forces had to deal with winged missiles flying up to 50 meters above the ground.

The ISW stated that this indicates that the Russian forces may have changed their tactics so as not to react to the Ukrainian aircraft and thus "cause maximum damage" infrastructure. Russian rocket strokes "probably used a new tactic to pay attention to, as it makes it possible to maximize losses during a series of blows," - said in ISW. It should be reminded that the ISW stated that Ohmatdit cannot be considered a military purpose.
