According to Ivan Timochka, a representative of the reservists of the Land Forces Council, a few months ago, the defense forces had a difficult situation with supply and support, but the enemy could not achieve significant success during this period of time. Ukraine has now moved to the active phase of defense, but if this is possible, the war strategy can be changed. The Russian invaders, meanwhile, have not been able to take advantage of the breakthrough.

Ivan Timochko, the Chairman of the Randaments of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, told in a comment on Channel 24. According to him, there is still no full amount of information about what weapons are in Russian invaders, what number, as well as the time of its receipt. All this information is needed to go into a possible counter -offensive.

The fact is that the serviceman continues, which depends a lot on both the resources of the Ukrainian side and the Russian. It is important to understand how long the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will be able to withstand active topics of hostilities. For example, it is already observed that the enemy is difficult in the north of the Kharkiv region. The defense forces also managed to knock the enemy from the Serebryansky Forest in the Luhansk region.

"The window of opportunity to break through our armed forces did not use, although it had 5 months when the situation in support and supply was difficult," Ivan Timochko said. Separately, the Chairman of the Land Forces Reserve Council added that Ukraine will depend on how quickly the Armed Forces will be able to accumulate the necessary weapons and support the allies. A special role is played by the destruction of the logistics of the invaders.

These are all aspects for the transition to a possible counter -offensive. "There is a huge range of military tasks that need to be solved in the shortest possible time. It is good that our allies have finally reached consolidated opinion on the supply of weapons and gave permits for its use," - summed up Ivan Tymochko.
