The People's Deputy notes that there are no officers in the General Staff of the Armed Forces who planned medical support and control the command of the medical forces, "it works by itself". The command does not have a sergeant responsible for tactical medicine, except for combat doctors of the company and platoon. And on the medical information system of the Ministry of Health did not first allocate funds, and later redistributed them from the article expenses for medicines.
"When we pointed to this, (funds) were thrown out of medicines. As if, look, they did. As a bullying. But redistribution is not enough," the People's Deputy reports. According to Bezsuga, among the main problems there are turnstiles, which tens of thousands come to the Armed Forces without inspections. "The fighters try to get a certified turnstile as a volunteer way, and tactical level doctors try not to get the turnstiles issued by the fighters in their hands," the People's Deputy continues.
