The prosecutor asked for Oleg Berezhnyuk a pledge of 300 subsistence minimums. The suspect disagrees with the prosecution. The court elected the commander of the 211 ponto-brigade brigade of support for the Armed Forces forces of Ukraine Oleg Berezhnyuk a preventive measure in the form of detention with the right to introduce 908 400 UAH of pledge. This was reported in the office of the Prosecutor General. In addition, the above command removed him from his duties.

According to "Public", during the court session, the prosecutor asked for a pre -trial detention in the form of detention, because, in his opinion, there is a risk that the suspect "may interfere with criminal proceedings and continue to engage in criminal activities. " Given the severity of the offense, which is suspected of Berezhnyuk, public resonance, risks, property status, we believe that it is necessary to determine the pledge of 300 subsistence minimums, - said the prosecution party.

Oleg Berezhnyuk himself disagreed with the prosecutor and the prosecutor's conclusion. Ukrainian Truth journalists have published facts about abuse in the 211st Ponton-bridge brigade of the Armed Forces, which Colonel Oleg Bazerezhnyuk commanded. According to the soldiers, they were victims of abuse, threats and demands on the part of the command. Some fighters were sent to the Khmelnytsky region, where they built a private house for the team commander.

The scandal was reacted by the Minister of Defense of Rustem Umerov, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Commissioner for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets and in the General Staff. The Main Inspectorate of the Ministry of Defense should check the information published by journalists. However, MP Yulia Yatsyk reported that the Provisional Special Commission of the Verkhovna Rada received materials in this case on September 10, which were immediately transferred to the State Bureau of Investigation.
