How to assign pensions to the military: how much will the participants of hostilities be received
Since 2024, at least 31 years of length of service will be required to obtain a retirement, and this minimum experience will increase. However, combat participants (UBD) are given the opportunity to retire earlier and with less experience. UBD is granted the right to retire men upon reaching 55 years in the presence of at least 25 years of total length of service. Women with combatants can retire at the age of 50 in the presence of at least 20 years of experience.
In order to obtain an early pension, you must have the appropriate certificate and confirm the required length of service. The pension is calculated on a general basis, as well as a normal age pension, depending on the amount of length of service and the amount of human salary. This resolution also establishes minimum payments for persons with disabilities as a result of war: obtaining any type of disability allows you to apply for a pension or social assistance for disability, regardless of age.
