Received 567 $ thousand from the Russian Federation: Against the Exnaradep Derkach will conduct special investigations

The former MP worsened Ukraine and the United States diplomatic relations, and complicated the country's accession to the EU and NATO in exchange for monetary rewards from Russian agencies. On Monday, July 3, the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine (VAKS) granted permission to carry out a special pre-trial investigation against former MP III-IX convocations. This is stated in the Telegram channel of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP).

The exnarde is suspected of treason and illegal enrichment. It is reported that the said court decision contributes to the completion of the pre -trial investigation, after which the case will be directed to the Wax. According to the SAP, in 2019-2022, law enforcement and intelligence agencies of the Russian Federation paid at least $ 567 thousand for the discrediting of Ukraine in the international arena.

The pre -trial investigation showed that the Exnarade was worsening the diplomatic relations of Kyiv and Washington, as well as complicated Ukraine's integration into the European Union and NATO. SAP and NABU qualify for its actions under Part 2 of Art. 28, Part 1 of Art. 111, Art. 368-5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The SAP is not called the name of the former people's deputy, but according to the portal "Radio Liberty", it is about Andrei Derkach.
